Refund and Returns Policy

Because client satisfaction is our number one priority at Renzomart, we have a very transparent refund and returns policy processes. This policy outlines how we can assist you should you ever need help with your order with us.

  1. Returns

Eligibility: Products can be returned if they remain unused and in original condition, within 7 days from the date of delivery. All packaging should be sealed with tags and labels intact and provided packaging materials should be included.

Non-Returnable Items: Intimate or sanitary items, perishable goods, personalized items, electronics, and digital products cannot be returned except in cases where they are received damaged or defective.

Return Process:

To begin a return, email info@renzomart.com. Provide to them the order number, with description of items to be returned, and reasons for each return. Additionally, reach out to our helpline at +91 6283260379.

Return transport costs are billed to the customer unless otherwise stated. Items should be sent using a defined logistic company. Customers are provided a defined address after the case id is created.

  1. Refunds

Eligibility: All items purchased and returned in accordance to our other policies are eligible for refunds, hence this policy.

Refund Process:

We will inform you about your refund status as soon as we process and assess your return.

Once approved, refunds will be issued using the same method of payment. Expect it within 7 to 10 business days.

Partially Regarding Refunds: We may issue partial refunds under certain circumstances such as used items, parts not included, or items not returned in original packaging.

  1. Exchanges

Due to order fulfillment, we only accept exchanges for defective or damaged items and changes in size or variation. For other reasons, please email to our support team at support@renzomart.com with details of the item.

  1. Damaged or Defective Items

For any damage or defect upon receipt of your item:

You will receive complete shipping included replacement or refund of the item.

  1. Cancellations

For 24 hour period after ordering, cancellations will be accepted with full refund.

Post 24 hour, if the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation would not be entertained and item has to be returned as per our refund and returns policy.

  1. Exceptions

Products labeled “Final Sale” or “Clearance” neither can be exchanged nor refunded except in the case where the item comes damaged or defective.

Refunds are not permitted for gift cards.
